Philo doesn’t carry sports channels, but if you can go without, a better deal is hard to find.

If you live in the US, UK, or Germany, you have the option of paying a yearly or monthly subscription fee for an Amazon Prime account. Users from the US, UK, France, and Brazil likewise have access to Amazon Prime's sports content which, depending on the season, may include live and on-demand coverage of basketball, football, and baseball events. Meanwhile, people in countries where Amazon is not operating may only be able to access it from a browser. In addition to on-demand streaming, you can rent or buy titles that are not on the service or purchase add-on channels like HBO, Starz, and MLB.TV to watch on the Amazon Prime platform. And apart from Amazon devices, the app is available on any mobile device, including iOS, Android, or Windows. The app also works on Apple and Windows computers, a wide range of TVs, mobile devices, and gaming consoles.

Paramount+ with SHOWTIME (previously Paramount+ Premium) is mostly a Netflix-style streaming service, offering movies and TV shows on-demand like The Good Fight and Yellowstone. It gives you access to Live TV from CBS: CBS local channels, CBS News (CBSN), CBS Sports, ET live, and some live sporting events like NFL on CBS Live. For the first time, Apple TV+, Peacock, and the usually deal-shy Netflix are partnering to create an affordable bundle exclusively available to Xfinity customers. Called the Xfinity StreamSaver, the bundle combines Peacock and Netflix's ad-supported plans with Apple TV+ for just $15/month, which is 30% less than the actual price of subscribing to them individually. Of course, each platform has its own set of popular originals, from Ted Lasso to The Traitors to Bridgerton, but this bundle is also a plus for live sports fans who'll get access to MLB on Apple TV+, Premier League and Big Ten on Peacock, and starting 2025, WWE and NFL on Netflix. You might have to cancel your current subscription to Peacock to enjoy this bundle, but you're free to use your login credentials for AppleTV+ and Netflix. Since the lowest Xfinity plan goes for $20/month at the moment, total bundle prices start at $35/month.

If you're a college student looking to save up on some funds, you're in luck: you can slash up to $16 in entertainment costs when you get the Spotify Premium + Hulu bundle. Students 18 years old and above enrolled at any US Title IV accredited college or university can access both Spotify (normally $11.99/month) and Hulu (normally $9.99/month) for just $5.99/month, with your first month free of charge. 

It's a steal of a deal, but there are some caveats. For one, you can't have any network add-ons on your Hulu account, and you have to be okay with everything being billed to Spotify. Spotify also uses a third-party service called SheerID to vet applications. If all of that sounds okay to you, then you should have no trouble accessing this premium bundle.

With Sling TV's Total TV Deal, you get all seven of the service's add-on packages, namely all the channels in its Comedy, Hollywood, Heartland, Kids, Lifestyle, News, and Sports extras. You'll also be getting the DVR plus, which gives you access to 200 more hours of storage. Getting all extras plus DVR storage normally cost almost $100, so this bundle from Sling is actually quite the steal.

Sling TV's 4 Extras bundle deal gives you access to the service's Kids, News, Lifestyle, and Comedy channels on top of your base Sling subscription. These four extras are among the service's most popular, and while each normally costs about $6 each as an add-on, you'll only be paying $13 for all additional 35 channels through this deal. The new channels include the likes of NickToons, BBC World News, MTV, and TV Land.

If you're already subscribed to any of Hulu's existing plans (currently, those are with ads, no ads, and live TV), you can choose to boost your subscription with a Starz add-on for an extra $8.99 a month. This rounds up your library of Hulu originals with Starz's own collection of prestige series such as Gaslit, Outlander, and Serpent Queen, as well as their cult-status comedies like Party Down, Minx, and Ash vs. Evil Dead. Additionally, you can stream Starz live and log on to the app, if you have it, with your Hulu credentials. While this simplified bundle is certainly interesting, it's even more appealing for TV fans out there who have much to gain from this pairing. Prices for this bundle start at $18.98, since the ad-supported Hulu plan now costs $9.99/month.

The most popular Disney+ bundle is the trio bundle, which combines Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ for the reasonable price of $12.99/month. But if you don't care much for sports, we're here to tell you that you can actually get a leaner (and cheaper!) deal with just Disney+ and Hulu. It's called the Disney+ Bundle Duo and it gives you access to Disney+'s family-friendly hits as well as Hulu's more contemporary original movies and TV shows. As of this writing, the bundle doesn't allow you to download titles, and you'll have to upgrade to pricier tiers if you want to avoid the ads, but at $10.99/month, it does give you up to 37% in savings compared to purchasing each service separately. Not a bad deal if you're after a good mix of blockbuster and indie fare.

AMC Plus is a premium streaming bundle that includes the same benefits of AMC Premiere, the add-on subscription service available to subscribers of AMC. The service is currently available only in the US for $4.99 per month ($8.99 for the ad-free plan). You can subscribe at a reduced price if you’re an existing AMC channel subscriber on services like Xfinity, Dish Network and Sling TV. AMC Plus can currently be accessed via Apple TV Channels, Amazon Prime Video Channels, Comcast Xfinity, DirecTV, Dish, Roku, and Sling TV. While there is no AMC Plus app at the time of writing, you can access AMC Plus content via your provider’s app.

Documentary lovers will find much to like in the Prime Video and CuriosityStream bundle, which allows you to pay for both under one billing. Though Amazon Prime and CuriosityStream prices remain the same, the bundle allows you to try both services on a free trial basis (Prime for 30 days, CuriosityStream for 7 days). So if you're looking to access global documentaries on the Prime platform for a steal, then this package is certainly worth giving a look at.
